    4. Send your story by e-mail to bettie@sacreative.com. All articles will appear under your state and by your first name.

    5. If you have an Internet connection, you may use the on-line submission form to submit your story. If the on-line form is used, make sure that each paragraph is separated by a blank line and you are clearly identified.

    6. The Evergreen Dispatch On-Line will not edit, but simply post articles for others to read. The articles will be listed by state.

    7. All stories are owned by the author. MBG reserves the right to refuse a story for any reason.
